A Day in the Life of the Construction Estimator:
- Responsible for leading preconstruction and estimating efforts
- Estimates include small to large-scale commercial and multi-family projects
- Must produce detailed quantity take-offs and have Hard Bid experience
- Produce accurate cost estimates from high-level concept estimate through detailed construction documents
- Proven experience in material and equipment prices and various labor rates
Your blueprint for success:
- Bachelors' degree in construction or related industry
- 5 years of estimating experience
- Conceptual estimating experience with a General Commercial Contractor
- Proficient with MS Office (Project) and Procore
