Overview:

We are seeking qualified contractors or small business owners capable of providing portable latrine and hand washing stations services at Camp Gruber, Oklahoma. The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to ensure the successful execution of the project.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing portable latrine and hand washing stations services.

- Possession of necessary insurance coverage.

- Past performance reviews.

Scope of Work:

1. Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary for the project.

2. Background: The Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) requires portable latrine and hand washing stations with 24-hour access and support located at Camp Gruber, Oklahoma.

3. Period of Performance (PoP): The PoP shall be from June 1, 2024, through June 13, 2024.

4. Quality Control (QC): The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective QC Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

5. Quality Assurance (QA): The Government will evaluate the contractor’s performance under this contract in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
