Registered Nurse Manager - Coronary Care Unit

Full-Time NIGHTS

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) will have the following job responsibilities:

• The Nursing Manager provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care provided for patients in individual units.
• Responsibilities include fiscal, human resource, risk management, and operational functions.
• The Manager contributes to strategic planning and program development and maintains 24-hour accountability.
• The Manager performs delegated duties and functions within the philosophy and overall scope of responsibility.

Full-Time NIGHTS

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Must have a minimum education of a BSN.
• MSN preferred
• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Must have a current RN license in the State of Kansas, COMPACT nursing state, or have the ability to obtain one.
• Must have three years of supervisory experience as an RN in a CCU.
