Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Cardiac Cath Lab

Clinical Care Coordinator candidates for the Cardiac Cath Lab will have the following job responsibilities:

• The Nursing Clinical Coordinator Cardiac Cath Lab will oversee and coordinate all departmental procedures and staffing.
• They will ensure that the Cath Lab is prepared, stocked and ready for each patient, perform administrative duties as they arise and provide clinical nursing care when needed.
• The RN Coordinator Cardiac Cath Lab Services will also be responsible for ensuring that quality care is maintained according to state and federal guidelines.
• He/She will report to the Nurse Manager of the Cath Lab and the CNO.
• The Nursing Clinical Coordinator Cardiac Cath Lab should be a strong clinical nurse who will support the staff and advocate for patients.

Clinical Care Coordinator candidates for the Cardiac Cath Lab must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse Diploma
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
• Activity in professional organizations encouraged.
• Two (2) years of clinical practice with higher acuity patients (ICU, CVICU, Neuro trauma and PCU) or Cardiac AND 2 yrs leadership/management experience in the same areas.

Salary Range: $34.65 - $47.64(17 yr Max)

Relocation: Case by Case Basis

Shift Differential: $4.00/Hr. for Nights & Weekends
