NG is currently looking for Swamper in our Northern Colorado region,

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines

• Help equipment operator if necessary 

• Prep construction sties by cleaning obstacles and hazards

• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks 

• Load or unload construction materials 

• Comply with all DOT, MSA and OSHA regulations

• Put together and take apart temporary structures

• Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary 

• Perform site clean up 

• Available to work overtime and weekends when necessary

Compensation:

$22-$28/hour DOE

Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 lbs. etc.) 

• Communication and teamwork skills 

• Exceptional organization and time management skills

• Strong work ethic and self-motivated to produce quality work under tight deadlines in a safe and professional manner

• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus

• Commitment to safety rules 

• Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary 

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and noisy environments

• Must be able to work 10-12 hour days including some weekends when needed

• Willingness to learn and use emerging technologies

• Must be 18 years or older
