Next Gen Financials LLC is Hiring an Office Worker Near Raleigh, NC

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Worker to join our team. As an Office Worker, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

Responsibilities:
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records of customer orders
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
