****Summary****

Next Door Eatery in Westminster and is hiring for all front-of-house positions including servers, hosts, and bartenders! We are seeking individuals passionate about the industry to join our team at our Next Door Westminster location. Next Door is an urban casual dining restaurant featuring consciously sourced ingredients and tasty scratch-made food. Next Door offers kegged wine, craft beer, and cocktails. ****Salary for all positions****

* $12.32 hourly plus tips

****Responsibilities - Server****

* Possess an innate desire to provide superior service and keep the guests experience at the forefront. Logic, drive, and a genuine love of people are necessities.

* Excellent communication skills. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu, Next Door On-Demand, inform customers of food preparation details, and promote specials. Be able to discuss dietary restrictions and make appropriate recommendations, if needed.

* Process, collect, and handle payments. This includes but is not limited to properly and appropriately handling cash throughout the course of the shift. Must be able to run checkouts at the end of the shift per Company policy.

* Take food and drink orders from patrons and input all orders into the Companys Point of Sale system (POS), as needed.

* Prepare and clear tables, serve food and alcoholic beverages.

* Always deliver an experience of warm, relaxed hospitality.

* Demonstrate superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

* Perform side work, setup, and assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant.

* Assist the front-of-house staff as needed. Perform related work as requested; model and promote teamwork.

* Demonstrate detailed knowledge of beverages and assist with the serving of beverages.

* Ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality.

* Promote and embrace the restaurants community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, outgoing nature, and a pleasant, professional appearance.

* Maintain and assist in the companys safety and cleanliness standards and be able to effectively communicate those standards to guests, as needed.

* Must be able to think on your toes, make adjustments and decisions quickly, and always prioritize the guest experience.

* Sort and remove the trash. Clean garbage cans as needed.

* Help unload deliveries and store supplies as needed. Restock supplies throughout the restaurant as needed.

****Responsibilities - Bartender****

* Service aspects include guest relations, ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality.

* Take drink orders from patrons or servers and input all orders into the Companys Point of Sale system (POS). Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes. Mix ingredients for cocktails and serve wine and beer.

* Prioritize hospitality in every guest interaction; this includes creating a rapport with guests and building a network of repeat customers whenever possible.

* Take food orders and serve guests who dine at the bar.

* Excellent communication skills. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu, Next Door On-Demand, inform customers of food preparation details and promote specials. Be able to discuss dietary restrictions and make appropriate recommendations, if needed.

* Process, collect, and handle payments. This includes but is not limited to properly and appropriately handling cash throughout the course of the shift. Must be able to run checkouts at the end of the shift per Company policy.

* Responsible for setup, maintenance, and operation of the bar including washing, sterilizing and polishing glassware and instruments. Assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant.

* Sort and remove the trash. Clean garbage cans as needed.

* Help unload deliveries and store supplies as needed. Restock supplies throughout the restaurant as needed.

* Assist other servers and staff as needed; model and promote teamwork. Complete and assist with side work whenever possible; this includes but is not limited to ensuring restrooms are tidy, sweeping or mopping floors, cleaning surfaces and ensuring all areas of the restaurant are stocked appropriately.

* Promote and embrace the restaurants community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, outgoing nature, and a pleasant, professional appearance.

****Responsibilities - Host****

* Must think on your toes, make adjustments and decisions quickly, and constantly keep your guest's experience at the forefront. Logic, drive, and a genuine love of people are necessities.

* Must gracefully field phone calls, answer guest questions, and direct calls to the appropriate

* Greet guests, escort them to tables, assist guests with Next Door On-Demand, provide menus and table settings as needed.

* Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables as needed.

* Assist other servers and staff as needed; model and promote teamwork. Complete and assist with side work whenever possible; this includes but is not limited to ensuring restrooms are tidy, sweeping or mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring all areas of the restaurant are stocked appropriately.

* Perform side work, setup, and assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant.
