What You Can Expect from Us:

• Guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week, year-round
• Opportunity for overtime and Saturday shifts, providing up to 60 hours of work per week
• Starting compensation of $28 per hour

What We Expect of You:

• Safely operate roll-off trucks in diverse environments while strictly adhering to traffic laws
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of dumpsters at various locations
• Closely following scheduled routes to construction sites, residences, and businesses
• Efficiently manage and adhere to assigned routes using our RO360 technology
• Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure our trucks function properly
• Promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to maintain vehicle safety
• Provide exceptional customer service during drop-off and pick-up
• High levels of professionalism and reliability with a strict adherence to punctuality
• Ability to adapt to and overcome challenges to maintain route efficiency

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience driving roll-off trucks or similar vehicles (ex. dump trucks)
• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Current DOT medical card
• Clean driving record with no major violations, accidents, or property damage incidents
• Ability to pass drug, alcohol, and comprehensive background checks
• Capability of lifting 75 pounds and performing physically-demanding tasks as required
• Proficiency in using GPS and other routing technologies for route management
