Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
- Use Toast POS system to process orders and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

Skills:
- Strong sales skills to upsell products and promote specials
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of POS systems, specifically Toast POS, for order processing
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
- Familiarity with the food industry and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order preparation and cash handling
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
