This organization provides an opportunity to work on cutting edge products in Power and Power Management, Signal Chain, Standard Logic, etc. including DC/DC and AC/DC converters, high voltage isolation, battery chargers, linear regulators, nano power products, display power products, power protection, and more.

Responsibilities Include:

· Operate as an experienced team member up to tech lead to drive product designs to production.

· Interface with team members and customers to understand system level problems and the tradeoffs in the IC implementation.

· Develop chip architecture and design transistor level circuits to specification.

· Be able to partition design and delegate sub block designs and tasks to other design team members.

· Work with test, systems and system validation engineers to ensure and appropriate and effective product test and evaluation.

· Interface across different functional groups such as systems, applications, test, silicon validation, etc. to ensure product is realized as defined and end product fits customer’s needs.

· Build relationships with internal team and external customers by closely interacting with them to identify and solve system problems.

Required Qualifications:

• MS / PhD in EE/ ECE or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 5 Years in full life cycle Analog Integrated Circuit Design by taking products to market.

· A strong background in analog design and power electronics

· Solid knowledge of PMIC fundamentals, architectures, topologies, and technologies, such as buck, boost, LDO, charger, DC/DC converter, etc.

• Proficient in using various PMIC design and simulation tools, such as Spice, Simscape, Simplis, MATLAB, Mathcad, etc.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in an international team environment.
• Strong familiarity with EDA design tools such as Cadance, and the overall analog/mixed signal tool flow
• Experience developing and evaluating modulation schemes for switching power supplies.

· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrate open mindedness, and an eagerness to learn and think outside the box.

· Be passionate about new, innovative methods and technologies.

· A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude able to comprehend the challenges in an IC design flow and act to solve them.
