Our office is looking for an experienced Medical Office Assistant for our practice in Ormond Beach.
We are a fast growing, thriving healthcare practice helping our patients identify and correct the root cause of their health problems. We are dedicated to help our patients overcome their health limitations so that they can return to the activities of life that they are passionate about.
As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to provide exceptional customer service will contribute to the overall patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must have a pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work with computers
Responsibilities:
- Assistance in answering incoming calls
- Place patients on and off therapies in the office
- Exemplifies a professional cheerful attitude and handles matters with extreme confidence, tact, skill, and politeness
- Answering questions and directing inquiries appropriately
- Utilizes technology in a variety of ways and is open to learning new software that will streamline work-related activities

Our current hours of operation are:
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday through Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm, Lunch is from 12:00pm to 1:15pm
Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Lunch is from 12:00pm to 1:15pm
Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED
We are looking to hire a self-motivated team member who is amazing at assisting patients overcome their obstacles and committing to their treatment plans. Are you motivated, detail oriented, like helping patients and looking for a company to call home? If so then apply. We will be looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
