Location: Onsite Chino, CA 

Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday 

Jr. Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design responsibilities within the marketing and creative team
• Responsible for graphic creation, including but not limited to print, digital and web creative, marketing collateral, client proposals, and pitches
• Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising on creation of packaging, merchandising, logos, infographics, web graphics, packaging contents, signage, sales graphics and presentations, and other graphic design elements
• Work closely with the marketing team, photographers, website designers and marketing specialists to meet departmental and organization goals
• Collaborates with marketing on creative concepts for digital social platforms, web design and video production using graphical layout (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign)
• Graphic design skills to ensure work is on-brand as well as the ability to bring a fresh and energetic approach to each new project.
• Represents the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Jr. Graphic Designer Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree, or education equivalent, preferably in Graphic Design or similar discipline
• 1 - 3 years previous Graphic Design work experience preferred
• Must have expert knowledge with the following software: Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Fundamentals of page-layout, typography and design principles a must
• Experience designing PowerPoint presentations, infographics, web banners, a strong plus
• Strong ability to multi-task while producing accurate, high quality work within specific deadlines
• Strong collaboration skills with co-workers and other departments within a team environment
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and an emphasis on PowerPoint
• Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
• Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability
• As a condition of employment, the job candidate(s) must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment background check, drug screen.

Employee Benefits:

We offer our full-time employees employer paid health premiums for select plans. Our dental and vison plans are voluntary with low group rates. Additional benefits include a 401K plan, full-time employees are eligible to participate following 90 days of employment, this includes a 3% Nexgrill contribution, with or without an employee contribution.
