Join the NexGen Contact Solutions (NCS) team as we collaborate with one of the USA's top cell phone carriers. We're on the lookout for proactive and committed individuals to bolster our outbound sales team. As an agent, you'll play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential customers, ensuring they're informed about the best wireless solutions available.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Political Fundraising Initiatives: Actively connect with potential and current customers, providing comprehensive product details and addressing their queries.
2. Strategic Sales Execution: Use your robust knowledge of political fundraising to promote sales.
3. Achieving Performance Standards: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs in this fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an outbound call center role with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to handle outbound calls effectively and convert interactions into sales.
• Previous fundraising experience, ideally within the political arena.
• Strong communication skills paired with adeptness at relevant computer applications and CRM tools.
• MUST be a US citizen or green card holder
• Spanish is a plus but not required

Job Details:

• Position Type: Contractor (1099) - Full-time shifts 8am - 5pm CST, 2pm - 11pm CST and 5pm - 2am CST
• Compensation: $12.00 per hour.
• Working Hours:- Monday to Friday: 8am CST - 2AM CST
