Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable General Worker to join our food service team. As a General Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department. The ideal candidate should be a hardworking, motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a food service environment preferred
• Ability to follow directions and learn new tasks quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and perform other general cleaning tasks as needed
• Assist with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, slicing, and dicing ingredients
• Operate and maintain food service equipment, such as ovens and grills
• Stock supplies and restock inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized storage and prep area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
