Nexcel Oils is a dba of Spectrum Foods, Inc., which was founded in 2000. During the last twenty years our company’s primary focus has shifted more than once, but our core people have not. We successfully function with fewer than 25 employees, some of whom have been with us since before the beginning; that says a lot for the company and how it treats employees.
Our Company is one of the largest providers of specialty, natural, and organic vegetable oils to large food manufacturers and distributors throughout the US, Canada, and export markets. Using a business-to-business sales model, we provide bulk railcars, tank wagons, totes, and drums of non-genetically modified (non-gmo) and organic expeller-pressed oils from refinery located in the Midwest. CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are a small, privately-owned sales & marketing group with extensive experience in the food business. More than a specific skill set, we are seeking the right “fit” for people who join our team. If you are an energetic professional with excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and a true team attitude then that is a great start!
As a Customer Service Specialist with NexcelOils, we will train you to complete:
· Order Processing
· Inbound and Outbound Logistics
· Invoicing using Quickbooks
· Coordinating and Reporting Lab Test Results
· Preparing Certificates of Analysis
· Maintaining our product spec document library
· Tradeshow planning
· Other sales administrative support tasks
Experience is helpful, but not required. Interest in agriculture, food science, and/or the food business is a plus. We would consider part-time leading to full-time for the right individual.
