Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Junior Analyst (Part-Time)
Job Responsibilities:

Assisting with correspondences
Creating presentations.
Assist in writing / editing customer-specific proposal content.
Create templates for quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Manage, track, prioritize, and respond to project or administrative support requests.
Create and maintain online libraries, electronic form and print mail lists, rosters, and other cross-functional artifacts.
Perform a variety of Internet research and website management functions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or associate degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Microsoft Office and graphic creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.
Time management and strong organizational skills
