Children should be giving their assent for thereapy every time. We are looking for indiviuals with a growth mindset and are ready to learn. Am client 8-12
Lunch 12-1230 drive time 1230-1

Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred but not required.
High school diploma required
Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism preferred
Experience working with physically aggressive children preferred
What does the position look like?
Individualized 1:1 play-based ABA therapy aligning with the client's individualized treatment plan
Direct supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a student Trainer with small caseloads
Function as an active participant in the client's treatment team through collaboration with clinical staff and family
Teaching life skills (dressing, bathing, cooking, etc), appropriate social and play skills with peers, expanding food choices and preferences, communication, and target behavior reduction
Leading group social activities to meet goals of multiple clients
Maintenance of client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA laws
Data collection and billing electronically
Participation during Speech and Occupational therapies
