The Role Itself

• Recruit, interview, and train all new hires within your region.
• Deliver ongoing trainings and development for staff within your region.
• Provide clinical supervision as required by license for all staff with your region.
• Track, document, and submit all logs for supervision within your region.
• Complete and deliver performance improvement plans as needed for staff within your region.
• Complete and deliver 30-60-90 days reviews for all new hires within your region.
• Complete and deliver all annual reviews for staff within your region.
• Monitor productivity for staff within your region.
• Develop and implement productivity improvement tactics when needed for staff within your region not meeting expectations.
• Be available for assistance with your team as needed.
• Spot check a minimum of 2 charts, per building, per week for compliance issues.
• Fill is as clinician for services as needed for call offs and PTO coverage.
• Check in with facility staff weekly (email, phone or in person) to address staff issues and check on new referrals.
• Train clinicians on appropriate documentation.
• Attend weekly regional meetings with the DCS.
• Spot check locations within your region unannounced to observe staff attendance and performance.
• Give feedback to executive team on barriers and growth opportunities and communicate concerns in a positive, professional manner.
• Attend Regional meeting in person monthly.
• Handle IT issues within region (completing “service now” tickets) for resolution.
• Work alongside business development in order to establish prospect facilities
• Assess building needs for hiring
• Coordinate staffing needs and hire/staff buildings accordingly
• Build Rapport/Maintain relationships between SNF staff and SS personnel
• Participate in: Stepping Stone growth meeting, Clinical meetings and Regional meetings
• Assist staff within region with supply orders and obtaining items as needed.

Education and other requirements:

• Must be 21yrs or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Ohio Medicaid billing Number
• NPI Number
• Must have a minimum of an associates degree and Ohio License to practice.
