New Vista's Grove Treatment Centers work with individuals and their support systems to identify factors leading to addiction, equip individuals with the resources needed to address addictive triggers, and reconnect individuals with their support system and community. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• LPN Certification Preferred
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a hospital or SUD Facility; behavioral health experience preferred
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public

THE ROLE:

The Admissions Coordinator must be flexible, with excellent customer service, and be able to answer incoming calls, answer questions regarding our program, run insurance policies and understand deductibles on commercial policies. Will need to dispatch transportation, create opportunities and input correct demographics in EMR. Responsible for updating daily census reporting accurately, follow up on potential admits daily and updating staff. Must be able to work well under pressure, have open availability, and be able to perform many different tasks in a small time frame. Prior experience in admissions and understanding of commercial policies is a must.
