NEWPRO Home Solutions, the leading home improvement company in New England, isseeking a Lead Window and Door Installers to join our Connecticut team.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut and install various types of windows and doors in accordance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurements and seamless installations.
• Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment and machinery required for window installation.
• Ensure proper sealing, insulation and alignment for energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
• Proficiency in trimming out windows/doors for a polished and finished look, and exterior capping for enhanced durability and aesthetics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges to meet project goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a window/door installer, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful installations.
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting and installing different window / door types, including but not limited to casements, double-hung, bay, sliding windows, entry doors, storm doors and patio doors.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for precise installations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to correspond with clients, project teams, and colleagues.
• Physical fitness and dexterity to handle tools, equipment, and windows of varying sizes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from warehouse.
