We are seeking dynamic and motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to join our team and help homeowners transform their spaces with top-quality flooring solutions. Responsibilities

• Be the face of NEWPRO - demonstrate professionalism and knowledge of our products and services.
• Showcase our extensive range of flooring options, emphasizing quality, durability, and style. Present flooring samples and materials effectively to highlight their unique features.
• Accurately measure and assess the areas where flooring installation is required. Provide detailed and competitive pricing estimates to customers.
• Commit to learning the products and services provided.
• Commit to the process.
• Deliver an exceptional NEWPRO experience from the initial point of contact through sales and installation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement or flooring industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with in-home consultations and measurements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
