Newport Pacific Cabinets is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Aiea, HI

Our company is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take our high end residential custom cabinetry and architectural woodworking product from start to completion for our discerning clients.

The project manager will be responsible for the planning of the project and customer relations as well as working and planning with job leads during the production phase, our finishers and with our installers.

Responsibilities include project development; oversight of production, finishing, and installation; client relations.

Key Skills Include:

  • Solid experience in the architectural woodworking and high-end residential cabinet making industry.
  • Two plus years experienced as a project manager.
  • Proven ability to manage large and small projects, maintain multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Able to plan and organize projects in detail, plan and manage budgets, manage resources.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs.
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD or similar.
  • Clear understanding of contracts, change orders, budgeting, client expectations.
  • Excellent client relations and communications skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Work closely with the Project Leads to keep jobs on track.

A large part of our clientele are GC’s and designers we have worked with regularly over the years.

We are looking for someone with experience who can bring knowledge, experience and creativity to the mix.

Salary:

  • Commensurate with experience.
