Job Summary:

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities. The Room Attendant must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to prioritize tasks in order to meet guest needs and hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities
• Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
• Dust and vacuum guest rooms and common areas
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
