This entry level support position is designed to assist with Customer Success, working closely with Sales Professionals and Project Managers with 15 years of experience. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Sales Professionals and Project Managers with Customer Care, order processing, & expectation management.

The Order Processing Coordinator will act as an anchor between the Sales & Project Management Departments. The Order Processing Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Sales Team as well as the Project Management Team to assist with the goal of customer success at Newman Windows & Doors. This person will be required to process customer orders with our suppliers, using our internal process & strong communication skills.
Job Duties:
● Process incoming Sales Orders from Sales Professionals
● Communicate with Customer about the status of their Order
● Communicate with Project Management in order to facilitate 0–error installation
● Successfully achieve a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings for total customer satisfaction
Essential Functions:
● Strong understanding of the Sales Process and Project Management functions
● High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to excel at building relationships and processing new orders
● Represent the company’s products and services, as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of our customers
● Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual processing quotas by successfully following strict guidelines for each team
Key Requirements:
● 2-5 years experience of support/administrative function
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, & organizational skills
● Proficiency with Microsoft Suite & Project Management Software
● Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
