Role Overview: Responsible for processing bills, preparing invoices, and tracking accounts receivable. They ensure customers are billed correctly and that payments are received on time. Common duties include:
Preparing, sending, and storing invoices.
Tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.
Posting payments to customer accounts.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure bills accuracy.
Handling inquiries from customers.
Ensuring all records are maintained according to regulatory requirements.
Invoicing:
Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
Communicate with clients to request and arrange payments.
Record and track payments in accounting databases
Create reports and balance sheets detailing overall profits and losses.
Update client accounts based on changes in payment or contact information.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Previous Supply Chain Admin experience preferred, but not required.
Fair credit practices and collection regulations
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
