Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in groundskeeping, landscaping, tree care, and garden maintenance. As a Supervisor, you will oversee and lead a team in various lawn care tasks.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of lawn care crew

- Maintain lawns and surrounding landscapes

- Ensure proper irrigation systems are in place

- Train and mentor team members on best practices

- Monitor inventory of tools and materials

- Implement safety protocols and guidelines

- Communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

- Proven experience in lawn care

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively

- Knowledge of irrigation systems and lawn care techniques

- Ability to maintain outdoor spaces to high standards

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required to operate company vehicles
