We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Staff member to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have prior janitorial experience, a clear background check, and be ITAR compliant to ensure the security of our sensitive engineering projects.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a pristine work environment.
• Sanitize restrooms, break areas, and common areas to promote hygiene and wellness among employees.
• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor and replenish janitorial supplies as needed to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Adhere to ITAR regulations and maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive engineering projects.

Qualifications :

• Previous janitorial experience in a professional setting, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain ITAR compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
