We are assisting our client, a company that is reinventing industrial asset management both above and underwater for step-change improvements in; asset life, maintenance cost, and reduction of failure risk in their search for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). This is a full-time position.
JOB TITLE: Human Resources Business Partner
POSITION SUMMARY
A well-organized self-starter with excellent organizational, communications and computer literacy skills. This role requires HR Experience within a Small to Medium sized professional organization, Project Management competence, and eye for process improvement.
HR activities require discretion and professionalism. Whether it’s supporting your local Leadership Team, our employees, or ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the HR Function in the United States, you’ll thrive in juggling various regular activities and projects.
Reporting to the Head of HR directly and remotely, you will have dotted line responsibility to local Operational Leadership. Success in this role requires being comfortable dealing with colleagues on all levels as well as external suppliers. A delivery / client focused approach along with an eye for detail will be key to success in this role.
