As the Val Supervisor, you will effectively manage the Val room team and support Dispatch and Order Picking teams on site and provide a level of service in line with customer requirements, at a level of cost agreed in the budget. To create and develop a professional culture on site, in line with our values and ensure that a positive attitude to Health & Safety is embedded within the team on site.

Salary Range: $70K - $75K
Shift: Monday - Friday, Day shift
What you will be doing:
Supervise all Val room personnel.
Support and back-up Dispatch and Pick Floor Operations.
Support QESH on internal and external safety, quality, environmental and regulatory audits.
Ensure contractual KPI's are met for service and quality.
Plan labor efficiently each week to achieve expected customer service standards while keeping in line with annual AOP.
Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure productivity targets are met daily.
Coach and train new staff as needed while cross training FTE's.
Update employee timecards and/or exceptions as needed daily.
What you will bring to the table:
Working knowledge of CORAX WMS system and GLA.
Working knowledge of products and ability to adhere to ppmh and kpi's.
Safety Requirements:
This position is considered a safety sensitive position.
