Come be a part of Team NewCold Lebanon! Become a part of a fast pace, fast growing automated Cold Storage facility. We are currently looking for a Forklift Operator with a minimum 2 years’ experience to join our team and work in our frozen warehouse.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for loading and unloading trucks while ensuring effective and efficient movement of Customer product.
• Stacking pallets or materials in the correct manner, following inventory control instructions.
• Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products as per customers KPI’s.
• Candidate must be able to learn and use proprietary inventory management system.
• Performs other duties as requested.

What you bring to the table:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of work experience in related fields
• Forklift operating certification a plus
• Ability to work out of our Lebanon, IN facility

Pay: $22.50 - $23.45 per hour
