Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our project team. Ideally you would have a minimum of 2 years of successful experience on a project management / coordination team, preferably in security, communications, or life safety systems in long term care, acute care or the multifamily industries. You'll help oversee projects from inception to completion with your responsibilities including managing project data while communicating with internal teams and clients to keep the projects on point. You’ll build and manage lasting client relationships with your success directly impacting both their residents/patients quality of life as well as their staff’s responsiveness, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Background in construction, IT, or security/life safety systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of long-term care, acute care, and multifamily industries is advantageous.
  • Experience with medium to large size business projects.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and professionally persistent.
  • Proactive task organization, strategic time utilization, and deadline management proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tigerpaw, or other CRM tools.
  • A sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude.
