Overview:
We are seeking someone tech savvy and willing to learn to join our team at Newburg R-II School District. As our tech support person, you will be responsible for providing technical support while working with our contracted company. This is a critical role in providing excellent and fast service to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide help desk support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner with help from our contracted tech company.
- Support troubleshooting as guided by our contracted tech company.
- Assist with the implementation of technology projects and upgrades
- Maintain inventory for the district
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IT
- Familiarity with computer concepts and protocols
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
