Job Type : Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.

Compensation : $19 / hour will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience

General Job Description : Our client seeks a well-organized Loan Protection Programs Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience with administrative responsibilities, the ability to work alongside a team and independently when needed, and excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements :

• Ability to perform detailed reviews of loan documentation to identify missing or incorrect information
• Experience using Excel to keep thorough records and maintain a comprehensive log of contact history and actions taken
• Proven ability with database, word processing, and spreadsheet software skills
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service through all forms of communication
