Job Location: Coppell, TX
Job Type: Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.
Compensation: $60-70/hour will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience

General Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated mortgage professional who has worked and managed an Investor Accounting department. Our client is needing investor accounting assistance to reconcile and research loan level issues impacting payment clearing and open tasks with instructions on how to clear. Job Requirements:
- Experience dealing with reconciliation of Actual/Actual bank accounts, S/S MBS Accounts, S/A private accounts, and DD Tax and Insurance Accounts
- Expertise in understanding how cash transactions are posted to MSP system of record
- Monitor compliance and identify risks.
- Improve accounting processes
- 3 years of investor accounting
- Strong MSP experience
