Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Sanitate work areas, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
