Job Description:
As an Automotive Sales Associate at Newberg Ford, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Your role is vital to our success, and you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers while contributing to our dealership's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customer needs and preferences to identify suitable vehicles.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and options.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Assist customers in completing the necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends, models, and technology.
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
