```Duties```
- Develop and implement music lesson plans for students of various ages and skill levels
- Teach students fundamental music concepts, such as rhythm, melody, and harmony
- Instruct students on how to play musical instruments, including piano, guitar, violin, and drums
- Provide guidance and support to help students improve their musical skills and techniques
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and musical expression
- Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to organize performances and recitals
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their musical goals
- Incorporate other artistic disciplines, such as theater, ballet, and photography, into music lessons to enhance the overall learning experience
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development principles
- Proficiency in playing multiple musical instruments
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and motivate students
- Experience in behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment
