This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. This individual will be working in the Finance and Accounting Department and will assist with all aspects of accounting for the Company including financial reporting, reconciliations, and the financial close processes. The position reports to the Assistant Regional Controller.

• Reconciliation of cash and patient receipts.
• Assist with month end close.
• Documenting business transactions, assisting in implementing new accounting processes, and recommending process improvements.
• Assists with annual audits by independent auditors, as directed.
• Special projects as needed.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 2 years of Accounting experience, preferred public accounting or healthcare
• Proficiency in Excel required, experience with enterprise software systems (e.g. NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP) strongly preferred
• Strong technical accounting skills, including understanding of current US GAAP standards.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the capacity to clearly articulate results
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Effective problem solving skills and analytical abilities
