• Have experience in developing and implementing innovative programming for all students.
• Be someone who has experience improving instructional practices and can motivate staff.
• Recognize the variety of challenges families face and provide assistance by guiding district administration and staff in finding creative solutions for the entire community.
• Be someone who embraces diversity, treating each other with mutual respect, dignity and honesty.
• Prioritize the importance of unity and cultivate transparency and trust.

Although residency is not required, investment in the school community is vital.

Salary Range:
$150,000 - $175,000
