Position Description:
The Churchville-Chili Central School District is seeking an educational leader with a record of administrative accomplishments. The successful candidate will be one who possesses: the ability to develop a culture of engagement, empowerment and collaboration; dynamic leadership style that instills confidence in students, staff and the community; strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all constituents; the ability to develop leadership through a culture of accountability; the ability to analyze and develop a strategic plan focusing on a vision for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate: will be one who embraces diversity and the core belief of treating each other with mutual respect, dignity and honesty; will possess experience in the areas of building and districtwide leadership; will have a track record of sound fiscal and facility management, budget development, and staff development.
