Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department and ensuring accurate financial records. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Provide support during external audits
- Mentor and train junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or any other relevant majors

-Must speak/write native Mandarin
- 1 years of experience in accounting or related field (public accounting experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial concepts
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of accrual accounting principles
- Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance is a plus
