As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone or in-person - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
