Looking for a Part-time 20 hours a week Nuclear Medicine Technologist. This position is for 3 days a week 11a-6p. Flexibility preferred. Must be able to take on call and rotate holidays.
The Nuclear Medicine technologist performs a variety of diagnostic procedures and therapeutic treatments using radioactive materials and electronic equipment in accordance with established procedures and standards. Operates scanning equipment and digital imaging software (PACS), prepares patient room, and maintains supplies and medications. Practices established radiation safety precautions and is proficient in use of radiation survey equipment. Prepares daily schedule and orders radiopharmaceuticals for the next day of service. Rotates between all nuclear medicine sites and covers call hours when scheduled.
