Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate to join our team. As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall research efforts of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge scientific research in the field of tumor immunology, targeted cancer immunotherapy, tumor microenvironment and stem cell biology.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various laboratory techniques including electroporation, flow cytometry, cytotoxicity, drug treatment, tissue culture and animal models
- Conduct primary cell isolation and maintain cell lines
- Assist in the design and execution of experiments under the guidance of senior researchers
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data
- Prepare reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication
- Collaborate with team members to achieve research goals
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results
Requirements
- Preferred PhD/MS or minimum BS/BA degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology or relevant field
- Preferred strong knowledge and experience in cellular and molecular immunology and flow cytometry, hands-on mouse work including breeding, imaging and xenograft
- Preferred proficiency in data analysis using softwares such as Flowjo, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with cellular biology and immunology principles and techniques
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior research experience is preferred but not required
