$65,000 - $95,000 yearly

• Process insurance claims for current policyholders, ensuring timely resolution and monitoring existing claims status
• Generate leads and promote insurance products through various marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Assess potential client's insurance needs, risk factors, existing coverage, and financial status in consultations to deliver personalized service
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and bookkeeping to ensure up-to-date paperwork
• Provide customer service tasks including onboarding new clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries about billing, coverage, and policies

• Previous experience in health insurance or life insurance is advantageous for this position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required
• Possession of an active Life & Health insurance license is highly beneficial
• Previous experience in customer service or as a sales representative is preferred
