New York Lace Couture, the leading Massachusetts Bridal Boutique, is seeking a Bridal Stylist to join our Team. The position is responsible for engaging our customers in a professional manner and helping them find their Dream bridal gown and accessories.

Confidence is KEY! Consultants also work closely with mothers of the bride and bridesmaids, assisting them in the selection of their dresses and accessories.

This position is very customer-centric and requires you to be an authority on what will look best on a bride, her mother or her wedding party.

Bridal Consultants / Sales Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Help customers find their dream wedding gown and accessorize their personal bridal look
• Assist in prom, bridesmaid, mother’s and social occasion departments as needed
• Develop a working knowledge of designers, accessories, and gifts sold in store as well
• Scheduling appointments over the phone and in person
• Resolving customer issues
• Participating in in-store trunk shows and off-site bridal event
• Have a friendly and positive attitude, confidence, and strong communication skills
• Other responsibilities as directed by management

The ideal Bridal Consultant / Sales Associate candidates will have :

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a retail or showroom environment with sales performance and metrics to brag about
• Entrepreneurial attitude! You're a hustler through & through, and you're excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment where the more you hustle, the more you can earn
• Bridal experience required
• Strong interest in fashion
• Professional image in appearance, speech and actions
• The desire to exceed our customers’ expectations
