New York Home Care is looking for a bilingual Spanish RN Aide Instructor for our Agency in Brooklyn, NY. As an RN Aide Instructor you will play an integral role in our day to day activities. Responsibilities:

• The instructor conducts training, in-services and competency evaluation programs for Home Care paraprofessionals in accordance with the New York State Department of Health.
• The instructor ensures that Home Care paraprofessionals are sufficiently knowledgeable and clinically competent to meet certification standards and tests trainees to evaluate effectiveness of training.
• The instructor reports on the progress of paraprofessionals under guidance during training periods.

Qualifications:

*Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Nursing is preferred and have current NYS license and registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.

• Must be fluent in Spanish

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
