```Job Summary```
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team. As a Music Teacher, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students in the field of music. Your role will involve teaching various aspects of music, including theory, history, and performance. ```Duties```
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Teach students how to read sheet music, play instruments, and understand musical concepts
- Provide individual and group instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
- Conduct rehearsals for school concerts, recitals, or other performances
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate music programs and events

- Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance techniques
- Ability to play one or more musical instruments proficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and understanding when working with students of different abilities
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
