We are seeking a talented and creative Filmmaker to join our team. As a Filmmaker, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality videos that align with our company's vision and goals. Duties:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Shoot and direct videos, ensuring high production value and adherence to project timelines
- Edit footage using industry-standard software to create compelling and engaging videos
- Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and camera operation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video quality
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet their needs
- Conduct research and gather reference materials to inform the creative process
- Provide guidance and direction to actors or subjects during filming sessions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Filmmaker or similar role
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, including composition, lighting, and camera movement
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey emotions and messages through visuals
- Knowledge of audio recording techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time
