**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing procedures and coding systems to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. **Responsibilities:** - Review and verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors - Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies - Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe - Utilize medical coding to ensure compliance with federal regulations - Process payments from insurance companies and patients - Investigate and appeal denied claims - Maintain confidentiality of all patient information **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in medical billing, coding, and collections - Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, ICD-10, DRG, and CPT codes - Familiarity with medical billing systems and software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
